My name is Melissa Furches, and I am a travel planner that specializes in Disney travel. I am a huge Disney fan, and have been traveling to Walt Disney World since I was a small child. I remember the days before Hollywood Studios (previously MGM Studios) existed, and before Animal Kingdom was on the map. As an adult, I try to make family vacations at WDW as much as possible so my children can experience the same type of quality family time and enjoyment that I did as a child.

As a travel agent, I am affiliated with Magical Moments Vacations. MMV is an Earmarked agency and an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner agency. MMV is accredited with both IATA and CLIA, members of NACTA, and part of the Vacation.com Travel Consortium. We are a premier sellers of Disney Destinations, with all our Disney Specialists being graduates of the College of Disney Knowledge.  In addition, we are award winners with Vacation.com, Apple Vacations and part of the Mark Travel 500 Club.  These organizations represent the top travel suppliers in the industry.

My specialization is Walt Disney World, but I am equally capable to assist you in planning your vacation to Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line or Aulani, Disney’s Hawaiian Resort. My planning services are at no cost to you, and I can help you as little or as much as you like. Some clients prefer to do little planning themselves, so I make resort, dining and even fast pass reservations for them. Others enjoy the planning process as I do, so after booking their travel package, I simply help guide them along and make suggestions and answer questions as they work through the planning process themselves.

On a personal note, I am married and have two children, a son and daughter. We enjoy animals and have two cats and one dog. Our family enjoys sports are are active in softball, baseball, field hockey and running. We live in North Carolina.
